During the pre-construction stage,Ibarra General Construction Corporation is with you all the way: by making site assessments and providing budgetary information, as well as managing the design and permit process. We perform a substantial amount of design-build work and have the ability to critique design on a collaborative basis to help streamline the construction process. This attribute is key in our ability to eliminate disputes and avoid construction & design-related problems.
Working with a design team during the design phase of a project can eliminate potential construction issues long before they ever occur. Daily interaction with the project design team, assures the owner of receiving excellent quality and cost- effective construction. Continued assessment of the overall life cycle costs as products and building systems are considered, will help provide a better end result at a much lower cost. The design consultant’s team is employed by either the owner or Ibarra General Construction Corporation so that we can have input as to the costs for design and payments to the designers.
Construction Management
With this project delivery method, Ibarra General Construction Corporation provides services to our clients throughout pre-design, design, construction and project commissioning. We work as a partner with our clients under a variety of Construction Management contracts including cost plus a fee, guaranteed maximum price, construction management at risk (CMAR), and negotiated procurement. This flexible and organic process allows all stakeholders to focus on the priorities of the project’s successful outcome from the beginning.
